How to Grow Your Wealth in 3 Investment Ways

grow-investment

Yung mga pangakong malaking return ng investment over a short period of time.

There are 3 categories where you can grow your money.

BUSINESS. Mostly yata ng kilala nating mayaman eh yumaman thru business. Andyan sina Henry Sy, Gokongwei, Ayala, Pangilinan at iba pa. They are very successful in their respective business empire. In fact, statistics shows that 90% of new businesses will fail from first year up to 5 years.

REAL ESTATE. It can be thru rental properties or buy and sell ng mga real estate properties gaya ng bahay, lupa at iba pa. Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump, real estate ang main business nila at doon talaga sila yumaman. Mas marami mas maganda, mas marami kang income. Keep on adding assets in your portfolio ika nga. Even banks will not grant loan sa lahat to buy properties. In the end, hindi masyadong option ito ng karamihan to grow their wealth.

PAPER ASSETS. I’m referring to stocks, bonds and funds. Sa tatlong ito, this is the most ideal para sa mga ordinaryong Pilipino. It has been a fact that investment in paper assets is a sure way to grow our money in the long run. And with the lowest opening account of PHP5000 only, maraming tao ang pwede at may kakayahang sumali dito. Thru this investment, you can also directly invest in real estate and do business at the same time. You can buy shares of real estate companies or buy shares of big businesses currently run by business tycoons in our country.

These are proven to make your money grow, kaya lang all investments have their risks. Though it cannot be eliminated totally, it can be managed naman. The key is to learn first before you put your hard earned money to work for you.
