How to Grow Your Wealth

how to grow your wealth

Everybody wants to know how to grow their money. Yong iba naman, kabisado na nila and they have the skills in growing their money. But for most people, they’re still struggling. Ang problema kase, we just tend to believe on what the other person is saying without proper knowledge to make a better decision.

This will help minimizing the risk .

There are 3 places or avenues where you can grow your money.

BUSINESS. Mostly yata ng kilala nating mayaman eh yumaman thru business. Andyan sina Henry Sy, Gokongwei, Ayala, Pangilinan at iba pa. They’re very successful in their business career. A very good success stories that in business, you can really grow your money. If you have the guts to do business, do it. It’s one of the best way to grow your wealth.

Kaya lang, not all have a happy ending. Hindi rin madali ang mag-business. In fact, statistics shows that 90% of new businesses will fail from 1st to 5th year.

REAL ESTATE. It can be thru rental properties or buy and sell ng mga properties. Even Robert Kiyosaki advocates in real estate investing sa mga books nya. The more the better. Keep on adding to your portfolio. It’s really a sure way of having a passive income.

Even banks will not grant loan to all people na gustong bumili ng real estate. In the end, not a option para sa nakakarami to grow their money.

While there are some people na talagang literally laway at pawis lang ang puhunan sa real estate, only few of them exists siguro.

PAPER ASSETS. These includes bonds, stocks, mutual funds, trust funds, and the like. These are some instruments to grow your money in the long run with far greater return compare sa bank. Most of the time, they beat the inflation. Anyway, most of these investments instruments objective are not just to beat the inflation but to grow the money as well.

The good thing with paper asset is that everyone can participate easily regardless of status. Yes, there are paper assets that require huge capital but not all of them. Tulad halimbawa ng mutual fund and stocks. Opening account is only P5K while ang additional investment naman is as low as P1K only. Are you surprise na ganyan lang pala sya kamura?

But then, the return is not guaranteed unlike your bank deposit. But hey, you are entrusting your money to big boys like the Sy, Ayala, Gokongwei, etc. Plus you are becoming share holders of big companies like SM, BDO, PLDT, etc. What do you think is you odd in growing your money with them?

There’s always risk in investing. That’s why we advocate long term investment, not a quick rich scheme. And statistic shows that the longer you keep your money invested, the less risk you will have.

In paper assets, TIME is your great ally due to its compounding effect on your money. It’s already late by then.

Sad to say, this is the option that most of us don’t even bother venturing. Primary reason is lack of knowledge. But these are all wrong.

Aral muna bago invest.
